Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

sprig, i will be in Gtown county.....blessed Bill is sending double overhead surf for two days and i am one of only a handful that will be surfing this beautiful little secluded barrier break.

haha...i learned how to surf at age 10...well, lets say, stood up on a surf board for the first time at age 10. We lived 2 blocks from Cabrillo beach, San Pedro, Ca for many years...my scout master was a huge surfer and once a week we would get together with the families and surf. It didnt take long to realize that my balance sucked and going in a straight line was the extent of my surf career. I sucked at skateboarding also. I tried to be the stereo typical kid from SoCal, i failed. I was much better at boogie boarding as it doesnt require that whole balance thing. I still boogie board at least twice a month, and i am heading to the beach sunday and hoping for a decent swell.
