    A guy from Texas told me they go fishing for them out there. Get a bunch of friends, beer, few baited treble hooks, and cast your line. Said they put up one hell of a fight.

    You could have a field day up here with all of them. I went up to Virginia for the 4th and they were loaded up there also.

    I shoot a lot of them out here in Montana or something of the same subspecies.. They call them woodchucks up here and they will make a hay field one uncomfortable sonuvabitch to run a tractor in. kill'em all

    Out in NE the cattle ranchers will let u clean them SOBs off the map. Prairie dogs are just as bad especially when the cattle break their legs in old tunnels.
    No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.

    I grew up chasing them with a pair of beagles, a folding army shovel and a .22, good eating too.
