Here's a photochop tip to make this one really stand out.......
Isolate the bloom then inverse the selection. This will then have the background as your selection. Then burn down the backgroud. It will keep the focus on the bloom.

Okay, but maybe you could help with that cause I got know clue how or what you are telling me to do! I can put the name, border and that is about it very little else have I been able to figure out!
I'll shoot you an e-mail if I can't figure it out after a while. Thanks
use your magic wand or lasso tool to isolate the bloom.
Then invert the selection
Then use your Burn Tool (this is one way to do it) to darken the background.
that's about it
It's really quite simple

Okay took Squats advice and chopped this. What you think now? Need more blur in the BG or is it good, I feel it might need just a little more, but is much better than original. You were right it was not to bad, jsut did not know how to do that!! I might be chopping more stuff now!!
what I was referring to didn't mean to add more blur. I meant for you to darken the background. Use your Burn Tool
