    Default Cleared Land Prices

    Anybody got an idea of what, let's say 50 acres of just cleared cut pines is worth per acre in Williamsburg County? I'd say only half of the 25 acres would perk.

    Also what's the interest rate looking like on land loans now?

    $900-1000 per acre on cutover. Thats what I would price it at, I'm not an appraiser "yet" but anything more than that just wouldn't be worth it to me.

    If any of it is cutover swamp, drop back a few hundred.

    If any cleared farmland jack that price on up. Had a farm appraised a while back for $5000 per acre, it shocked me. Wouldn't bring near that in cash money though.
