    Default Who's hearing what?

    Went out Saturday at Daybreak and didnt hear a peep. Fanned
    out birds in the field I was scouting with mouths shut tight. Anybody else hear
    'em this weekend?

    They aren't gobbling here either. I heard two birds gobble once and went to another place and heard none where I usually hear 10-12 this time of year. I heard nothing this morning and saw 5 gobblers on the way out.

    Heard four on the roost in Sumter County on Sunday.

    Thursday and Friday they were rippin'.

    Seerdy was a grunt humid and they had the lockjaw till about 45 min after flydown.

    i didnt hear a thing this morning...... but did find a nice matching set of sheds from an 8 point i hunted all last year..... so it wasnt a bad morning after all

    Heard 1 gobble 1 time this morning on the ground. Saw 2 longbeards with a hen cross the road in front of me. Pulled up to the house and a gobbler was in the front yard strutin with a hen

    Heard 3 Sat morning. Dang time change has me screwed up now so I want be able to listen again before work. If its doesnt cool off to bad I may take the my little girl out Sat morning to listen. Should be interesting.

    I hadn't thought about that but I bet that's why I only heard 2 this morning in an area where I usually hear 5 or 6.

    That dang time change has the gobblers messed up!

    Checked a spot on public land in Game Zone 2 Sun. AM. No gobbles heard. Plan to be back up in the area this Sun. at another spot- hoping for better results.

    They don't gobble much while they are eating corn I put out for the pigs. I wonder if anyone thinks they are going to hunt near Congaree National Monument.
    It's not enough to simply tolerate the 2nd Amendment as an antiquated inconvenience. Caring for the 2nd Amendment means fighting to restore long lost rights.
