Last Saturday, where I launched from to get to the lake
Last Saturday "trying" to get to the lake, we had turned around by this time and decided to wait for the channel to open up more before trying again to get out on the lake. this picture was taken by the local newspaper photographer.
Our limit of ducks once we got out on the lake
Sunday morning, the local newspaper photographer was hiding in a snow bank behind me taking pictures for the paper, the lake had 4+ footers so I set up on the inside corner and tied off the uscg dock, shot my limit of goldeneyes and just as I finished up my buddy brought his son to see if he could get himself some ducks. This picture was taken about 4 seconds too early, there is a bull whistler ( drake goldeneye) locked onto the decoys and is dropping into the decoys, I am in the process of shouldering the gun to take him.
Our limits along with an old squaw hen my buddy shot for his wall.
The iced up boat, had to use a hammer to break the ice to get the motor off the boat.
The Elites don't fear the tall nails, government possesses both the will and the means to crush those folks. What the Elites do fear (or should fear) are the quiet men and women, with low profiles, hard hearts, long memories, and detailed target folders for action as they choose.
"I here repeat, & would willingly proclaim, my unmitigated hatred to Yankee rule—to all political, social and business connections with Yankees, & to the perfidious, malignant, & vile Yankee race."
