Thread: making skull mounts

    The buck on the left in the top picture came off of Paris Island in 1996 (during the second ever hunt on the Island), first skull mount I ever did. Done about 15 total maybe more, I occasionally do them for friends. The buck on the bottom left is painted with marbling paint. My wife hates it say's it looks evil.
    Bug I want to apologize I was terse in the first post. I had just gotten off work all night. I was tired, should have proof read before I posted!

    Ok, I got one I wanted to do this to. So regardless of whether you boil or not, do you cut all the skin off first? I assume that would be step one....
