    It don't matter what side you drive it on, but if you look at the design of the motor (looking at the motor from the front of the boat) the tiller arm will always be on the right side of the motor in order to give you more room to sit beside the motor while also allowing more room to spin the tiller arm to steer the boat.

    Sit wherever you're comfortable....it is your boat bud!

    Those sharp right hand turns are going to be difficult. You would also be able to face forward a little better if you had configured the seating the way the tiller handle is designed to operate. If you're comfortable running it this way that is what matters. Afterall it is your boat.

    looks good.... real nice and clean.... but like these fellas have said..... that carpet is gonna be messy.... i cant tell if you used treated wood or not but if not that carpet will cause that plywood to rot.... i wouldnt leave it out in the rain..... looks good tho... now show us some pics of some fish!!!

    fish slime will eff your carpet up though.

    Is it very stable? I did my jon boat close to the same way with the pedestals and it seems a little tipsy with two guys sitting up that high.
