    Default Hypothetical ?

Let's just say a friend of mine has a lease on year-after-year prime hunt producing land near some place called the wateree river. Let's also say he has about five blinds that he would lease out individually to groups of about four guys per blind... let's go even further to presume that this land is planted with corn, diked, and ready to flood. Of course a schedule would be made that would allow for about 6 hunts for each blind per season, while making sure not to overhunt the area. And of course small creeks nearby for woodie shoots periodically... What should one expect to pay for one blind, which would be split amongst those 4 or 5 guys? Just saying.......

20 guns in a pond pretty much assures nothing but woodie shoots after the first hunt, so I wouldn't worry much about the creeks...

Ponds..... plural. Not hunted all at once, come on. Say these blinds are generously spaced throughout the property and will be hunted sparingly to get good hunts in yet not so much as 2 drive all birds out.
