    Default Hartwell Bass

Buckshot and myself went for a couple hours this afternoon, caught a couple of 14.5 inchers
not much luck, but was better than sitting at the house

both fish were caught in about 5' of water or less

I think we are going to try to hit it again in the morning at first bite. I think we will have a little better luck then instead of middle of the day. What kind of areas are you have the best luck with right now, quack?

the best place that i have fished is dry right now...lawrence bridge flats.
other than that, points and structure in relatively shallow water. i havent fished a whole lot though, so i cant tell you a whole lot. try a watermelon seed worm/lizard on a texas rig.

We caught 4 off the bank messing around yesterday a ways up from the 123 bridge. All were about 2lbs buck bass caught on carolina rigged brown pumpkin seed lizards with chartreuse tails. All in less than 5 ft of water.
