I was cleaning fish and a guy came up and asked if he could have all the carcasses. He was down there shark fishing and was.paddling baits out in the channel. That's a lot of effort for a shark.

These guys were taking baits way out on a kayak at 10. We walked out at 11 as they were trying to drag it back in. That was a show unto itself...

Looks like the hammerhead wasn't the only big shark they caught...

Caught 12 dolphins and saw a sail. When we finally shook the fucking crowd we were able to catch a few. Someone sees you make a circle and everyone comes running. I like fishing when it’s rough nowadays.

Anyone heard reports from this week (if anyone’s gone). Heading out Sunday and didn’t know if more fish moved in after hearing terrible reports from last week.

I heard of a boat that had a pretty good day on Monday, but not with the dolphin.

We are going in the am. I was in the mountains last week, but Ashley at Edisto Seafood said they had decent numbers for the Dolphin slam. Looking forward to seeing what is out there...

We picked up a sail early in 180’, Bonita were thick so we pushed out. Finally found some decent water in 700’ and picked up a few dolphin but weeds were too scattered. Went in search of better water but all we found was empty weed lines. Decided to try for grouper and ended up having three nice dolphin come to the boat. Added them to the box and decided to troll in as it was getting choppy, picked up two more in 150’ and called it a day.

Make your boat an island and they’ll come to you.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.
