I would not be surprised if this does not get appealed. In my opinion, it is a pretty simple argument at this point for any half decent attorney. Why would the judge order Wade or Fani off the case if it was not some sort of compromising situation. The Judge is saying something was amiss or he would have let things proceed as is.

Lord help Glenn Beck was so mad he told people not to listen too him in the first 10 min of the show. I got back in the car 15 min later and the radio station had gone completely blank. I'm not sure if Live 95 in Florence got mad with him and shut him down or if it was a legit outage. As of 10 min ago it was still down.
He has to be the most laid back angry person I've ever heard. He stays in his monotone voice, as he told everyone how mad he was.

So the judge wants Wade removed from case because he was indeed her boyfriend. Yet there are no perjury charges due to ALL the witnesses lying under oath? Guess that's the same as Ol Joe being unfit for trial but fit to be president.

Amazing what you'll not do when you know someone you love will end up getting suicided or thrown in prison or both if you do the obviously right thing. Or maybe he just realized that Fanni is too stupid and egotistical to know she needs to recuse herself...any guilty verdict in this case, if she stays, will be appealed and overturned...at worst, it will be a mistrial and someone would have to choose to re-try the case with T as a sitting president. This could be an intentional move to screw the prosecution, as he surely knows this is all a scam.
