I knew this was coming from the get go with NIL. What are they unionizing to get? More free shit? Less running in pre-season, more NIL money? The NIL pool is only what it is for each school.

what they don’t understand is that there a two sides to that balance sheet. That scholarship is now negotiable, as is all other pay benefits and conditions of work.

They are about to enter a grownup world i don’t think they are prepared for. The adults pushing this behind the scenes will reap all the $$$$.
