Default Fani Willis and her lover lied to the court

Their ass is in big trouble. Criminal charges likely.

    https://www.breitbart.com/law-and-or...n-willis-case/

Cellphone data obtained from AT&T through subpoena strongly suggests that Nathan Wade made 35 trips to Fulton County prosecutor Fani Willis’s Hapeville neighborhood, contradicting his testimony of just ten visits, an affidavit filed Friday by Trump attorneys contends.

The filing, if true, suggests Wade might have committed perjury. Fulton Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee will decide whether to admit the affidavit and the phone records into evidence.

Willis is the lover of Wade — a fellow prosecutor she hired to prosecute former President Donald Trump in the election interference case. Trump and codefendant Mike Roman accuse Willis of maintaining an improper romantic relationship with Wade.

Wade testified that his relationship with Willis began in 2022 after Willis opened the case against Trump in 2021.

The affidavit appears to contradict that contention, the Atlanta Constitutional Journal reported:

Trump’s lawyers relied on data collected from Wade’s cellphone and cellphone tower transmissions to track his movements. It seems to contradict Wade’s testimony last week in which he said he had visited Willis at her condo in Hapeville no more than 10 times before he was hired in November 2021. It also indicates Wade twice arrived late at night at the condo and left early the next morning in the months before Willis and Wade said their relationship became romantic early in 2022.

Both Wade and Willis testified last week that they did not spend the night together at the Hapeville condo.

The timeline is important for two reasons. If Willis and Wade were a couple before she hired him it raises the prospect that she may have violated at least the spirit of anti-nepotism rules, though Fulton’s policy specifically focuses on family members. More importantly, both Willis and Wade have testified under oath that the relationship began in 2022. If defense attorneys can prove that they lied under oath it could constitute perjury.

The affidavit notes that Willis and Wade made 2,000 phone calls to each other during the first 11 months of 2021. They also exchanged about 12,000 texts.

During Wade’s testimony, he claimed the cellphone records would be incorrect if they contradicted his testimony.
“So, if phone records were to reflect that you were making phone calls from the same location as the condo before Nov. 1 of 2021, and it was on multiple occasions, the phone records would be wrong?” a Trump lawyer asked Wade.

“If phone records reflected that? Yes, sir,” Wade replied.

“They’d be wrong?” Trump’s lawyer asked.

    “They’d be wrong,” Wade said.

So they had to shut down all of AT&T yesterday to collect the data?

Wow. That's kind of like saying a 10,000 square foot condo is 30,000 square feet.

They're democrats. Which means they are also liars.

There's no end to the bullshit until they're made to be afraid of lying.

6 calls and 36 text a day average. That’s some serious work ethic on the case between them.

I wasn't gonna even engage this go-around. We have a whole other thread for that.

More lies unfolding. Nathan Wade and his ex law partner have been invoking client attorney privilege in earlier testimony, but the law partner, Terrence Bradley doesn't remember when he opened a client file representing Wade nor can he recall ever being paid by Wade for legal services provided.

    There's more.....

    https://dailycaller.com/2024/02/16/p...ng-under-oath/

An attorney representing Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ office accused Nathan Wade’s former law partner, Terrence Bradley, of lying under oath during a Friday hearing on a motion to disqualify Willis.

Special prosecutor Anna Cross told Judge Scott McAfee during the hearing that Bradley lied about why he left the firm where he formerly worked at with Wade and Christopher Campbell. Earlier in the hearing, Bradley noted there was “a disagreement” that led to him leaving the firm, but declined to elaborate further, claiming it was “privileged” through his representation of Wade in his divorce case.
“Mr. Bradley previously testified the reason he left the firm was totally covered by privilege,” Judge Scott McAfee said. “Now I’m left wondering if Mr. Bradley has been properly interpreting privilege this entire time.”

So they lied under oath. Why are they still in DA's office right now?

Difference is this…I Guaran-damn-tee you that if Trump’s real estate lawyers, accountants, and other officials who were involved in that loan stated that some building was 30,000 sq feet, they can show you why they said it. If that bunch of crooked, law-bending, unethical pieces of political garbage DA, lawyers, and Judge say it’s 10,000 sq feet, then they are looking at it in an entirely different way using the same hokey-ass mathematics to try to bend their argument to fit a law they are trying to bend for no other purpose than to try to keep Trump from being president again. It’s all horseshit, and just like everything they’ve tried to throw at Trump from 2015 onward…the truth will eventually come out and everyone like you will be too busy looking at the next shiny object to notice and/or will continue to be so damn ignorant and arrogant to admit that you’ve been completely brainwashed and hoodwinked. Fuck the fact that they are blatantly weaponizing the judicial system to tear down a political opponent; Fuck the fact that this is just the next step of weaponizing the FBI and CIA to tear down a political opponent. You dislike him, therefore it’s ok to hang onto shit like this 10k vs 30k sq feet…which you are most certainly not getting the full story on….and it’s about the strongest of the weak bullshit they have. Hell, the bank probably said “put 30k so we can get this loan done.” It’s fucking silly.

And this isn’t a real eatate deal between an A+ company and a bank fighting to loan that company money…ie fighting to secure Trump’s patronage…it’s a freaking DA and lead attorney that are trying to put Trump in jail based on shit that no one has ever tried to prosecute over and would ever try to prosecute anyone else over…perjuring themselves in the very court of law they are trying this sham case in. Were you being facetious, or are you really going thru life believing that the two situations equate in any way?

Trump derangement syndrome is real. It is more subtle and nuanced in some. You are making a solid effort but pearls before swine.
