Agreed. I'll grab a chuck eye steak before I pick up a New York strip.

Meh- I'm a ribeye guy...But a prime NY Strip has plenty of marbling and plenty of flavor. Best steak I ever had was a waygu, dry aged strip in denver.

I’ll take a skirt steak over mostly anything. We’ve been enjoying the half we got from Doug, may get a whole next year.
