    i think that's the stuff you're supposed to remove from your motor before you leave that lake...

    Nope, it's not from Santee and it's not Hydrilla, salvania, coontail, or elodea.

    I think it's some type of pondweed ,but it doesn't appear to be bushy pondweed.
