    Default Antique appliance repair

I need a wire. Well two, as they are different gauges. It's for a pizelle iron that is probably '50s era. Fiber insulated, appears to be steel woven core...not copper and not aluminum.

We have already replaced the appliance with a new one, but this is heirloom, and I want to fix it for my wife(was her late grandmother's).

    Anybody have a source?

There is a place in downtown Clayton Ga that restores/sells vintage appliances. Might try them.
