    I guessed 250. It weighed 217lb on a Moultrie scale.
    Took the hams and back straps out. Wanna try some different recipes and smoking.

    I smoked some shoulders off a big boar pig a buddy shot and had people so excited about the best bbq they had ever eaten. Then my buddy who shot it started showing them the hunt pictures and they couldn't believe it.

    It will eat just fine.

    If they fall dead in the corn pile or within 100yds of it we drag em out. If anybody is in the Gtown area and wants a pig to eat, send me a PM. That sow had an inch of fat along her back. Not sure it would eat good though so we will cut it off before cooking.

    As much as I like the pigs......

    I did smoke a butt in Dutch oven and made carnitas over Thanksgiving, was delicious.

    We need one more scamp day before end of year.
