Richards microfit stocks list the m695 as an action they make stocks for.

Based solely upon photos of some of your other guns, that stock would fit right in.

I got the exact same Boyd's stock and color scheme a few years ago. Mine came as advertised and looks legit. It's fugly, but's that's what I wanted.

Um, that happens to be my daughter's favorite color. (Light Blue).

What gun does it fit and what would you want for it in the event they wont take it back without the fees and shipping bullshit?

It’s pakkawood. The positioning of the block in the CNC machine determines the outcome. Yours was rotated 90° from the pic on their website.

I have a Boyd's Pepper LH Thumbhole stock on my 10/22 Cat Whapper. It was perfect from the get go. Just drop in and tighten. Rifle shoots great.

Appreciate it. I'll look at them later tonight.

It's not blue. Think a stick of spearmint gum. It's very, very mint green.

    It fits a Tikka M695 7mm Mag.

Know that my Richard’s stock came well inletted but the rest was like a rough cut 2x4. My smith probably removed at least 25% of the wood shaping it.

IDK...I kinda like it. Looks like some premium Humboldt Co flower. Deer won't care either way.

That wood is impregnated with epoxy under pressure. It won’t take stain.
I made longbow and recurve risers out of the same stuff. It’s sold under a bunch of names.
The colors can vary a lot.

I got a chuckle out of that

To the OP, hope they make it right and you get what you want

I’m glad I’m not the only one who laughed at that.

To each his own, I guess... I'm curious, as I only have (actually "had") one gun that was less than traditional - that being the AR with all the red shit.

Oddly enough, I consider mosta my stuff quite nice. But, again, I aim to please myself. That Boyds POS wasn't pleasing in any way...

Knock my style all ya want. Doesn't make a whole lotta difference to me.

I'll just leave these right here to give you (and some others) a few more laughs. Please, enjoy...

No doubt those are quality firearms but they don’t do a thing for me

Thank God for the 2nd Amendment, freedom of choice, and all the other good stuff!

Yugo vs. Ferrari. Both'll getcha there...

Need some Benelli pics to make it wiggle? Or old S&W revolvers? Or maybe some other wooden classics that keep collecting dust?

In all honesty, I've gone a bit overboard in the last couple of years. Kinda planning a purge (soon).

Hell - I'm tempted to try one. My SBE3 shoots like shit (for me); I seriously need to look into shimming it. I did so much better on dove & clays with a 20+ year-old 870 Rem. Magnum.

I still kick myself for selling that thing.
