Spartan Camera Issues

Seem to be having two issues with a new camera.

1. It's not taking every picture it should. We've felt this may be the case but determined to be true today. I went to clear some brush around the camera and make sure all looked well. Did a soft reset and milled around in front of the camera for a good while to see how pictures we got. Didn't get very many at all.

2. The pictures we are getting are fairly fuzzy.

Anyone have experience with these issues? We tried to adjust every setting there is from trigger speed and sensitivity to everything else. Still doesn't seem to be working properly.

Call them. If you just got it, they will get you to rest some things. They will replace it if they can’t trouble shoot it. At least they did I have trouble with out of the box.
