Tracking Collar for around the house/yard

Saw this posted in another thread about e-collars. We won a collar, can’t remember the name, in a raffle. Well it was working fine and the company decided to stop offering the service. Is everyone just using HALO or what other options are out there. I wasn’t terribly worried about it but the hvac guy left the gate open the other day and Hank decided to gallivant around round looking for some strange for a few hours. Was picked up by the county animal control and they contacted us due to microchip so would like to keep that from happening again

We have used the Whistle brand for years. Works pretty damn good.

I’ve been thinking about a Fi brand tracking collar. Any of y’all have experience with them?

We had Animo which was nice as it didnt require a subscription. Now they aren't offering tracking so its worthless

I recently bought a SpotOn GPS fence to replace our old underground PetSafe. Expensive as hell but I liked the idea of the tracking and how customizable it was. I sent it back as there was just too much creep in the fence line for the area I was trying to enclose. The line would easily move 10ft either way. I am going back to the basic PetSafe underground fence.

I am also looking at one of those Tractive GPS trackers. Seems fairly cheap with good reviews.

Same on my Boykin , we are 2 yrs into and it and not first issue

Seems like it is $99 yr for service

Got the advice on SCD and it was spot on
