Painters drop cloth is what I used. Worked great and was super cheap.

I got a roll of old school green camo that is HD and would work for you. Really thick and pretty much windproof. Holler if you want to look at it

When I used to hunt out of a boat. I used felt from the paper mill it was perfect.

When I made the blind for my boat I used ‘nylon flag material’ in brown. It’s lightweight, but proved to be surprisingly effective against wind. It was a heckuva lot easier to work with and store than heavy denier cordura, although I’m sure the cordura would be even more effective.
If you choose to use Cordura, this place had been recommended to me…
