    Four sets of 25 calories on the bike w 2-3 minutes rest between sets. Record slowest time.

    My slowest time was 2:00 on the third set. My fastest time was 1:00 on the second set and I burnt my legs up. I taste blood and I can’t walk.

    Bike sprints are rough, when you taste blood you did it correctly

    12 cal row
    50 ' hsw
    5bmu
    Held 1:35 rounds

    Then 150 dubs
    50 box jump overs
    25 alt dumbbell snatch 70#
