Walther, Hk, Cz, fn, Glock and a few other striker fired platforms all share a pretty decent track record on reliability.
    Sig doesn’t.

    I chose M&P’s.
But only when my hi points are at the gunsmith.

As an owner of close to a dozen Glocks (most highly customized), two upgraded PC Shields, and various other handguns, I'd say my G43, as pictured on the avatar is about as close to Glock perfection as one can get. (Though not much "Glock" remains intact.)

Granted, others can claim a close 2nd. (That being my Shields...)

I will add that my slightly modified P220 will run circles around those above, but the Glocks are more convenient to carry.

I've considered Sig ownership, but with multiple Glocks, a Glock in an MCK chassis, and a suppressed 9mm AR, I just can't justify bringing any other platforms into my safe.

FYI - if anyone wants to send their stuff off to Sonoran for laser work, if highly recommend it!

Another thing worth noting is HandleIt grips are OUTSTANDING!

Hell - I even undercut & stipple my own frames, which makes an extreme difference in feel!

Glocks are ugly as sin but I carry one everyday. The Glock 48 is simply the best sized carry gun for me, I prefer a
4 inch barrel gun that I can get a full grip on. I’m 5’ 11” 160lbs and that sized gun disappears on me. A shorter slide like a standard p365 or g43x isn’t as comfortable to carry as a longer slide for me personally. Plus it’s thin enough I can carry it under a tucked in polo at work everyday and it disappears. If I carry a different gun it’s usually a Glock 45 mos in the winter just to keep the grip angle a draw presentation consistent. It’s all personal preference.

Mostly the shape. I like a little palm swell, like a M&P...

Exactly what I carry, with a Streamlight TLR-7 Sub on it. Probably mount an optic at some point due to aging eyes.

For superior tactical performance, I'm a big fan of Hi-Point...I have several match-grade HP's in 9mm and .45 auto. That .45 is a TACK DRIVER.
    At least I'm housebroken.

    A man with taste. Haha

Just a disclaimer I wasn’t bashing Glocks at all. Was just making the point that I wasn’t some Glock nut that thinks they’re the end all pistol.
They’re great. I just went with M&ps and haven’t looked back.

I save all my bashing for the sig striker guns.
