Feeling for our guys in FL right now. We’ve got a big tree farm in Cross City and they are taking it on the chin. Don’t think it’s gonna be too bad in Georgetown looks like the 95 corridor is gonna get the rain.

Noticed doves starting to bug out yesterday. They were thick up till yesterday, about 3/4 yesterday. I'd say we have lost about 40% by this am.
    Yup, he's crazy...

like a fox. The dude may be coming in a little too hard and crazy but 90% of everything he says is correct.

Sort of like Toof. But way smarter.

3-5ft storm surge, up from 2-4ft overnight. That shit is going to be in my living room with a 10ft tide under it.

Rain and 3-5’ of storm surge.

Just finished redoing this one after Ian flooded the property last year. Almost 2 years on this project to date, we’ve touched all 4 structures on it and all the landscaping. Sits on the 17th in Pawley’s Plantation right on the marsh, built in 1924.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Had to put a roof on the house and threw away half the shit under it after Matthew, a year later we threw away the other half and replaced the floor under the house after Irma.

Not worried about the wind but the water could get us with the timing. And the little boat is still under the house
