After riding a stock for many years, I finally decided to bail out and sit on the sidelines until some of this shakes out. I should have done it months ago but instead took a slow ride to lower share prices. I still have faith in the company and intend to jump back in at some point but saw no advantage to holding against these headwinds.

I don't think a lot of the damage has sunk in yet. It won't take long but the majority of folks haven't really tangibly suffered from the inflation yet. They've paid more for things but they haven't had to skip their rent to buy food or had a car repossessed. That is coming.

If the price of land drops, I'll get in.
