Default Refinish Hardwoods floors in Chapin area

My parents want to get two rooms floors refinished. Any recommendations in the Chapin area. I’m guessing just stripped, sanded, and restained

What kind of floors are they? Oak, pine? I redid the floors in my house. Heart pine. Our house is 100 years old this year. Worst part is the sanding and the mess it makes.

This. I'm far from what anybody would call a DIY'er, but I've refinished all the heart pine floors in my house. It ain't hard.

Like Banded said, Whitaker Floor Covering is an option. My dad has done it for 30-40 years, semi-retired and is working with them.
