    Watching it now.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

That’s cool, as long as you don’t do your “Last thread” .

I couldn’t watch more than 15 minutes. Acting is terrible.

    Default Reacher

Same with Yellowstone. When a horse got shot up close and personal within the first few minutes I thought it was going to be worthwhile. 15 minutes later and I was reading a book about flying in Alaska.

So I watched the whole thing. It was ok...good mindless show to have on while I blew my nose and destroyed a family-size bag of throat lozenges. The rona will do that to a man I guess...What I couldn't figure out was if his first name was Reacher or if that was his last name. His own mommer called him Reacher on her death bed and I thought that was confusing. Covid fog, maybe?

Lee Child book character, Jack Reacher.

I would say its more like the books than the movies were. I like this guy as Reacher better than tom cruise, fits the part better, the writing is ok, not great but ok. I watched the whole season, would watch the next one if there is one.

I'm glad to see decent reviews. We saw the trailer the other night and I told my wife it seemed like the guy playing reacher was trying too hard. If yall liked it, I'll give it a shot. I thought the movies were pretty good. "After I take out the leader, which is you, there are always one or two enthusiastic wingmen, but the last two, they always run."
"Mother Nature and Father Time- still undefeated."

I read a bunch of the books and have always thought tom cruise was wrong for the role.
Looking forward to starting the season tonight.

Pretty obvious they struggled in the first couple of episodes. Gets better as it gets deeper.

I'm not a fan of Reacher's acting skills; my wife equated him to Arnold. However, we'll continue to watch as the story is captivating enough. I'd much rather have seen Cruise back in the role, as I thought he did great with the original movies. While I'm not a fan of Cruise's personal life choices, I do enjoy him on screen. Having said that, if I read into all actors' politics/religion/etc., I wouldn't own a TV.
