Tons of good bottom north of GTH and inshore. The Scarp is loaded but off limits. We catch them all the time when we fish bottom in Parking Lot and to 140’.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

The Scarp is a great place to bottom fish.

My point was there is not nearly as much bottom as south of Georgetown.
The ledges of the SW Banks and down cannot be compared to anything north of the Hole…… in my opinion.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

I've never been checked for fish offshore. Been checked many times at the jetties or inside the jetties\harbor.
