In my experience/opinion, a really good hotdog chili is not fit to eat as just chili. Totally different things, IMO.
I'll be watching this cause I'd like to have a good HD chili recipe also.
Crops are harvested, animals are killed.
Heck with recipes for chili, let’s see some pictures…
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home. -Tecumseh-

Deli mustard, sautéed onions and sauerkraut.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Do y’all prefer yalls chili with/without beans?

½ cup ketchup
2 ½ teaspoons chili powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon white sugar
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
Place ground beef in a large saucepan with water and mash the beef with a potato masher to break apart. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, chili powder, salt, black pepper, sugar, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat until the chili has thickened slightly and the beef is fully cooked, about 20 minutes.

You're smart enough to season hotdog chili. The way to stretch it is by browning it it water. Meat will fall apart and be very super thin... makes more from less. Season as needed. Ketchup, mustard, chili powder, cumin, paprika, onion powder, maybe a litter garlic powder. You get the idea.
Oh yeah... salt and pepper too.
