    Taliban now controls the US Embassy. All US civilian personnel ordered to ‘’ shelter in place’’

    So, how long before we hear reports of hostages and dead Americans ? Will Biden be held responsible for his decision ?

    Think this is a way to eventually increase our forces and everything else in the region? Wouldn't be a hard sale once they start showing them killing more and more folks.... Seems like a lot of politicians family's made money in the name of building homes and schools.... Let them break everything then oh no we gotta go build then again.....

    The only thing going to the ME from this country should be missiles with nukes. If we had any honest politicians we would wash our hands of the ME, regain energy independence and tell the whole region to fuk off and die

    I understand the Taliban doesn’t act with reason or logic, but why would they attack the airport (fleeing innocents), get into conflict with US troops leaving, etc?

    They literally just have to “behave” a little longer, and they’ll have free range without any interference at all. Makes no sense to attack a retreating enemy that could potentially re-engage if they attack them.
