    They are beautiful in the air but even better looking on the dinner table...



    Duck breast lightly seasoned, wrapped in sweet maple cured bacon and grilled on the George Foreman. Served over a bed of linguini with a parmesan alfredo sauce and a nice glass of Chardonnay.

    Where did you hunt? I get out and shoot the Merrit Island Refuge and there are a number of Black Duck in the area, similar to the Mottled. I shot my first Mottled last year on the last day of seaon. Great bird.
