    I picked this 1995 Key West up for $2500 from a friend. Probably worth $3500 - $4500? It's a 1900 DC with a decent running 115 hp Mariner.

    I did. Cylinder wall has minor scoring but nothing major.

    I’m thinking it was a fuel issue because the fuel pump was in bad shape. But could have also been injectors.

    Nice $2500 pickup Paul, especially at 19ft and a running motor. Looks clean and an aluminum trailer too.
    I have had good luck with Mariners over the years.
