Default Recoil pad install - Columbia area

I don't know if Hussein is still doing work, so I thought I'd throw this out there. My brother has a Ruger #1 he wants to put a KickEez pad on. I won't touch it - I don't like the tedium of it, and I hate working with soft pads. Anybody know a 'smith in the Columbia area they'd trust to do this?

Aiken area is another option, as he lives near the Gilbert/Batesburg area.

Can't help you with a gunsmith, but a trick to working with a soft pad like that is to freeze it at least overnight and take it out right before sanding it down. It makes a big difference in stopping the spalling..

Common sense is not a gift. It's a punishment because you have to deal with everyone else who doesn't have it.

This. But I thought they were in Swansea. Not open on Fridays as they are usually out testing their work.
It's not enough to simply tolerate the 2nd Amendment as an antiquated inconvenience. Caring for the 2nd Amendment means fighting to restore long lost rights.
