I got one doing the same thing. Has to some kind of gate operated by vaccum.
My 07 has done this 2-3 times in 3 years. Made me reconsider leaving my dog in the car with the AC running. I never did anything other than I think cut my car off and back on and I maybe unhooked the battery once but this is probably what is going on. I think mine was also only blowing hot on one side when it did it.

I'm guessing a bad thermostat or you've got a slow leak and are low on freon.

Mine was a 01 Tahoe.
My 05 Tahoe did that. Usually turning off and restarting took care of it. It was only my drivers side. That video makes sense though.
It's your compressor clutch.
Looks like compressor is not running. Jumping LP switch doesn't fix it. Probably the clutch.
