    Anybody used one of these lenses?

    I haven't. I know two people with it on Nikons and they would both purchase them again. That said, neither of them hand hold it and both say it needs a good bit of light.

    I have a friend with one on a Canon mount. She uses her 100-400 (?) Canon lens more.

    Thatís the pretty much the same things I have read else where. Soft images when itís maxed out. Needs a lot of light. And not as fast as the canon.

    Guess I was just hoping that for once the cheaper option would work.
