Last year if I recall correctly there were only around 150 or so releases out of 180ish boats...and that is fishing four out of six. Over 700 cummulative days on the water and only 150 releases? For instance Bohicket this year had around 40 boats and 30+ releases with those boats fishing only two of three.

You want to talk about epic for around here?? 100 sailfish releases last year at Edisto by 30 boats.
12 of the 40 caught fish...

Are salt water poets equal to, greater than, or less than turkey poets?

Nope. Just another peckerlilly tryin to tell people what to do.

The best Septembers I ever spent were on a charterboat. But you'd have to be there and see it to understand.

My dad is up there fishing the tournament this year with his buddies. They brought in the biggest wahoo of the day yesterday. $2000 payout.

That should cover their beer bill by the end of the week.

Neither, but lip-gaffing and pulling them outta the water for a couple of pics is fine.
