    I can't remember the name, but there is a restaurant at top of the Mandalay Bay. Food is good, but the best part is the view. They have a open balcony that overlooks the strip.

    I think it's called the Bacchanal Buffet. We went for breakfast because that's when it's the cheapest. They had sushi, crab legs, crawfish, steak etc out on the buffet along with any breakfast food you can imagine.
