What's the scoop on Parker bows? Where do they fall in the range of quality, etc?

A fine bow. I would put them in the same class as Hoyt. Top of the compound world.
If you don't know me how could I offend you?
If you are not a member of Delta or DU then you are living on duck welfare.
I love mine... they may not have the name and advertising campaign that Hoyt and Mathews have but I shoot in the same circles as fellows with Mats and Hoyts and hold my own just fine... a lot less money for a killing machine!

Thanks for the link, KRT. I didn't think to do a search, duh...
I was looking at the Parkers at Gradys last week just for the heckuvait, but saw that they're having a sale on them this week. They sure are a step up from my old recurve. I just don't know how much bowhunting time I'll really get in this year to justify it.

They keep real well!! One of the best bowhunters i knew was when i first started chasing deer with a bow at CLemson and he was shooting a 7 year old bow around 1994... he got a new one in 1998 and that bow is still being shot by his brother in law... if the deal is good- get it! It will be there for a long time to come.

Woodie for once I wasn't being a smartass, just I went through this a while back and figured it would be a good link to read.
More fuel = more boost!!
KRT,
I wasn't mocking you at all. I was remarking at my not thinking to do a search before I posted my question. Sorry about the confusion.
