    Agree that would be impressive but I think a lot of crossfitters do the swinging pull-ups.

    So you can break up the exercises into smaller groups correct? Might try this tomorrow. All the videos i've seen the pull ups were not very strict.

    Yep, our F3 group recently did it and it is a good workout. Much quicker if you break it up.

    Way quicker if you break it up. I ran 7:45 miles. Was off the pull up rig at the 16 min mark. 70-75 push ups in my shoulders left. I was down to sets of 3-5 with considerable rest between sets. Squats were just in the way.

    I may try it again tomorrow and partition it to compare times.

    54:55, goal was under an hour, this was my first time attempting it. Went straight to waffle House with my son and had the best damn bowl of Philly cheese hash browns I've ever consumed in my life.

    54:04 today partitioned on 48 hrs rest.

    Soreness wore off about halfway through.

    52:30 no weights. 6:42 1st mile, 7:30 2nd mile. Pull ups 16×6+4, push up 50×4, squat 50x6. Had to kip the last 20 pull ups or would have never finished. Pretty intense.
