    16 and a wake-up for ole uncle trad before i head back to the Sarvis Wilderness- maybe this year is the one... who knows? either way it is always one helluva trip!

    My wife just returned from a bizness trip out to New Medico. She got me some scoop on elk hunting. My goal is to get on a good bow hunt next year.

    Dang days aren't long enough. Waaaaaay to much to do with so little time left.

    Lab, NM is a tough tag to draw public land and pretty pricey for private. NM is still a cheap application and has no pref point system so your chances are as good as the guy who has been applying for years.
