What did you end up eating???

Ended up getting fried shrimp and some gumbo....fried shrimp were awesome. Mulates had an awesome poboy. Redfish grill was good too. Had grilled spot tail covered in shrimp with a lemon butter sauce.

The two places I always go when in town are Mother's and Domilese's.....

If there's a better POBoy anywhere in Nawlins, I'd like to know....

Don't know if they are better, but I have enjoyed Poboys at some of the sketchier places.... Adams St Grocery comes to mind. The Duck PoBoy at Crabby Jack's is a damn good one. Crabby Jack's also has the best stuffed Mirliton I have ever had.

I have a customer in Houma that always knew a good place to hide out for an hour and drink Abita and shovel down a PoBoy. Domilise's is probably my favorite.. Roast Beef ( dressed please).

A Roast Beef and ham with swiss would be good about now.. with debris and extra napkins. An icy Dixie or Abita amber if I could be so bold.
