Maybe INSV or TSWV both are viruses with lesions. There are some resistant varieties. Not much you can do if that’s what it is.

Will it affect the other plants?

It may. Usually an bigger problem in greenhouse but can affect the plants outdoors. Spread by thrips I think. It has been a while since vegetable crops and greenhouse management class

Purple lesions show it’s TSW. It’ll only get worse, as the plant will become stunted and typically won’t set fruit. If it does set a few, they’ll have bullseye shaped lesions. Spreads by thrips/aphids that you bought with the plants. I pull those up and throw in the woods so it’s neighbors don’t fall victim. No cure, only prevention.
