    Default Small hunting camper value?

I have acquired a small 12-14ft camper that could be turned into a small hunting camper. It is rough enough that it would cost a lot to make it wife and daughter ready so I am thinking about selling it. Last time I looked, it was around $600 for something that needed a good bit of work. What is the general valuation on them these days? Or should I scrap it?

Common sense is not a gift. It's a punishment because you have to deal with everyone else who doesn't have it.

It's worth what someone is willing to pay. Without seeing pictures or anything, it's kinda tough to give a "valuation"

People are absolutely nuts for tiny vintage campers. Especially women, who are re-doing them into little glamping trailers. Look some over on Pinterest and market it right.

The window above shower/toilet closet was left open and that portion of outside wall is rotten. Not that i would call it a use-able toilet anyway. People in the 70"s must have been midgets.

Stove is disconnected and parts missing. stove vent hood still works

old propane/electric frig still works on electric. could use a new seal

Still has the original poles and awning, probably rotted.

Still have all foam cushions although the fabric covers were dry rotted.

It has not been used in 30 years. Got it from original owner. Her husband was apparently working on it before he passed. Kind of scared to try hot water or gas heater.

Was thinking it would be perfect for a hunting club trailer for someone by themselves or with boys. My wife and daughter just wrinkled up their noses.

I picked up a older 16-17' camper a few years back for the hunt club that was wrecked on the inside. Everything was gutted except one set of wall cabinets. Installed new osb flooring and framed out a single bed on each end with 2" x 4"s. A little rough around the edges but very clean and functional. It beat the hell out of sleeping in the nasty ass club house.

Remodeling older campers like that is the new pallet to furniture market. You’ll be surprised what you could get for it if the trailer etc is good.

I heard another of one of these silly words the other day...
They were basically referring to landscaping. The term they used was "yardening".

I just chalked it up to more of the pussification

“Poor kids are just as bright and talented as white kids.” PedoPete, Esq.
