so while sharing some fish pictures with a few buddies over the weekend I mentioned saving the eggs from a few shellcrackers with the intention of frying them up (the same was as fish). One friend mentioned his uncle used to eat fish eggs with grits and he had tried them as a kid but the others said they had never tried it. I don't go to the trouble of saving them on all the fish we catch but I will on a few. They are pretty tasty fried up and dipped in a little brown mustard.

Just curious as to how many people on here have tried them or still save the eggs on occasion?
