    If you putting it on a flat surface, the o-ring and 5200 should be a leak-free hole.May have to make a spacer , being a fiberglass boat is thicker. If not enough threads on transducer

    I had a vexilar alumaducer (shoot through) on a previous tin boat and it came with this stuff - https://shop.vexilar.com/en/accessor...ve-kit--ace001

    this "acoustically conductive epoxy" held the transducer in place and I held bottom lock at all speeds. It's probably some generic waterproof epoxy but it worked.
