    Default Fake mashed taters

With trying to be low-carb and this mashed cauliflower movement I decided to give it a try. To me it ended up being more like some slightly undercooked stone ground grits...which I didn't mind. I may not have roasted it long enough before I tossed it in the food processor. I threw some braised shot rib on top. It was good and I'm not a cauliflower fan.

I’m not a fan either but the cauliflower mash is good. Also try the cauliflower rice with some chicken and brocoli. Add a little soy sauce and it makes a good stir fry

Why try to healthy it up if you’re going to throw sauced up meat and soy sauce on it?

Because at the end of the day, my goal to avoid bread, rice, taters and pasta was still achieved.

I eat that too now in effort to try and shed some lbs. Takes getting used to but it's not all that bad...

    Looks like a fine meal.

I applaud the effort but I'm still not eating cauliflower.

    Ever.

It's like broccoli's albino hipster brother. Devoid of any character.. Do you see those people broiling it with butter and calling it a steak, ridiculous.

I have been making it the mashed way though. It's creeping up on shirt off season. I cut out nappy sugars for like two month, then just act responsible.

    Nice willk

I've seen goobers try to make pizza crust out of that nasty stuff.

I eat clean as all get out but I won't tolerate liars. And all of this trying to find a substitute for certain foods is just enabling one "food" (I use quotes because cauliflower is a vile weed and not a food) to continue lying about being something they aren't.

Notice the "Bobby" on one side of his shirt and "Goodson All Terrain Logging" on the other side?

    All Bobby Goodsons look alike.

I like cauliflower. A lot. And I don't live on any kinda "diet".

    Lulz @Tater

The biggest thing I miss with low carb is a good baked potato. Need to try the lie of mashed cauliflower again.

It’s also an anti-inflammatory. Which you tend to start appreciating as you get older

Also, them all terrain loggers was a good show. But they didn’t cuss and fight enough for good t.v. ratings, so that’s probably why they aren’t on there anymore.
