Everglades seasoning, sun dried tomatoes and cream cheese. Roll up and wrap in bacon.

My favorite way to grill cube steak is to soak it in milk, roll it in flour, and grill it in grease about 4" deep

I make rolls with it. Chop up some onion, bell pepper, Jalapeno pepper, cheese, bread crumbs (for the cheese unless you use high temp cheese). Roll it up. Wrap in bacon and toothpick it to keep it together. Grill it. Cut it crossways into 1/2" discs and cover it with a good semi-sweet wine reduction to set it off.

    For the wine reduction:
Take 1 cup of decent red wine, and boil it down to about 1/4 cup. Add chopped dried cherries, 1 TBS of Balsamic vinegar, 1/2 tsp rosemary, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 TBS butter. Pour this over the venison medallions. (This is also an great sauce for duck breasts.)

Nan’s Mom use a packet of au jus mix, a packet of ranch dressing mix, pepperoncinis and butter in the crock pot with her roast.

    Have to agree

It was good but some things just NEED TO BE FRIED

I just coated with little olive oil and Montreal steak seasoning and grilled it, really not bad at all but still prefer it fried

What Palmetto Bug said. We've done that several times now and it's excellent.

    Sportin' Woodrows knows what's up.

I've also sliced it up and made cheese steaks that were well received.
