Default FLW stop #3 Lake Lanier

Son is fishing stop #3 on Lake Lanier and it is a Spotted bass slugfest. Leader has over 40lbs in two days, 10 bass. Average over 4 lbs. Son had 12+ day one and was in 80+ place, had a much better day two with 17+ and is sitting in 23rd so made the cut for tomorrow. Hopefully he can do well tomorrow and make Sunday, but another pretty good event anyway. Also wanted to post this video, one of his primary sponsors Visitanderson.com asked him to do this video for the upcoming classic, even though he's not fishing it.

Awesome! I hope he does well!

I wish I could breathe life back in him, if I could I'd hunt him again tomorrow. - Ben Rodgers Lee

Some big spots in that lake. The leader is averaging 4 lbs per spotted bass.

Hope Brandon catches another 17-20 lb sack tomorrow.

One hell of a fishery up there, especially right now.

This is a good time to fish Lanier, two months from now it has more boats than downtown Atlanta has cars.

Go Tigers. Great read in the latest SC WILDLIFE Mag about bass fishing and such.

Brandon wound up finishing 26th. Said he caught a lot of fish on day three but all were small. Sitting in 16th for AOY points and to qualify for the cup. Having a pretty good year so far. Some upstate guys did really well on the coangler side also.
