    Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

    I do, from time to time, order a thick ass pork chop and ask for it to be served "on the rare side".

    It's usually as good as I expected it to be.

    A pork loin should not be cooked above 145 degrees. But that is a domestic hog. I wouldn't try that with a wild hog or a "domesticated" boar.

    Correct me if I am wrong, but freezing won't kill a disease, only cooking to the proper temperature?
